National Roll Call 2014

The National Roll Call 2014 project seeks to expand this grassroots effort to make Veterans Day on every campus a special time of appreciation and reflection.  The 2014 National Roll Call  broad approach honors those who have served and are serving, as well as the fallen.

There are only two requirements to participate in the National Roll Call 2014:

First, agree to participate in a nationwide simultaneous “minute of silence” at 11:00 a.m. pacific standard time, Tuesday, November 11th. Pacific standard time is used so that this can be a truly nationwide event.

Second, conduct a Roll Call of names as determined by an internal committee at your school.  For the Roll Call you may read names of those living or deceased, of any or all eras of service, and as many or as few names as you desire.  The structure, duration, and setting of your ceremony is entirely up to your school, the only requirement being that there be some Roll Call activity.

For schools who would like to honor those who served in the OEF/OIF conflicts, an updated listing of names of the fallen will be provided on November 1, 2014.

To offically participate in Roll Call 2014 you must take the Pledge by completing this form.  PLEDGE
